GPOs earn rebates from the suppliers they recommend — that means they have a financial reason to steer you toward certain vendors regardless of whether they're the best fit. SupplySteward charges a flat fee directly to you and earns nothing from suppliers. We have no relationship with any supplier that could influence our recommendation.
What kinds of supplies can you compare?
We specialize in hospitality commodities: linens (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, pillowcases, fitted and flat sheets), table linens, kitchen and bar towels, aprons, uniforms, and standard housekeeping supplies. If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, submit a request and we'll let you know.
How long does a comparison review take?
It depends on the item and how many suppliers we contact. Most reviews are delivered within a few business days. If a category requires more sourcing lead time, we'll tell you upfront when you submit your request.
Do you place the order on my behalf?
We help facilitate the order once you've chosen a supplier, but the purchase relationship is yours. You remain the customer of record with the supplier. We don't mark up the order or take a cut of the purchase.
